Combing A Solar Air Heater Into A Door

I was visiting builditsolar.com and I noticed a plan for a solar barn door and asked myself why it couldn't be modified to a residential application. A door integrated solar air heater would be easy to install and wouldn't require expensive holes made into the exterior of home.
